Misleading delivery times.
Your advert states 48hour delivery service for this item, this is not the case and according to your customer service team never was. The advert you placed on ebay must be changed as you are...

Hi,
Apologies for the delay in your order, I can see the courier had an issue with delivering the item on time. 99% of our items arrive within the stated delivery window, however delays can and do happen sometimes. We always recommend no trades-person is booked before delivery in case of delays.

Consumer unfriendly ! Delivery not as promised; eventually returned the £9.97 postage fee for one day delivery, which never happened. Heating element turned out to be faulty. Replacement element...

I am sorry to see you feel this way.
I can see we replaced the faulty element but this was lost in the post, I can see we provided a refund for the faulty element and return postage.
I am sorry the resolution wasn't to your satisfaction.

I AM OUT OF POCKET to the tune of at least £80 ! I was prepared to share these costs 50:50, which was refused : no EXTRA compensation allowed, I was told. EXTRA COMPENSATION ?? I repeat: I am out of pocket, and this is not acceptable and no way to treat a customer.
Fyi: I was told the replaced faulty element had been delivered and signed for (!).After investigation I found that I was home at the time of delivery, in fact was in receipt of another delivery at the very same day and time I supposedly signed for the BathTakeaway element. Why the deceit ?
