Hello Tricia How disappointing. I can see that you ordered your item on Sunday, it was dispatched on Monday and delivery was apparently refused on Tuesday. DPD's system says there was no response to their request for further instructions, so no redelivery attempt was made and the package has been returned to us this morning The reason for the delay in replying to your email is that it was sent at almost midnight on Friday and this was posted on Sunday. I'm afraid the office is unmanned between these times.Hopefully the next delivery attempt will be more successful Kind regardsAndi
