Hello Elizabeth Oh dear, that's a little unfair. You placed your order, on Friday 2nd August, for "click & collect" at our Reigate shop. You were emailed on Wednesday 7th August to let you know that it was ready for collection. The reason that your online account says that you have no orders is that you placed it as a guest (i.e. anonymously) and only registered your account on 20th August, almost 2 weeks after your order was completed. The items remain in our Reigate shop, ready for collection at your convenience. Thanks Andi

Trust me, it is no fun giving an unfavorable review or not receiving merchandise. I have emailed many times to no avail, and did email originally to say that I am in the US and cannot pick up the order. I am not sure where the selection of 'pick up in store' occurred, but it was unintentional. That email was the one time I got a response which indicated that my order had been 'dispatched by DPD', which I took to mean was being shipped. The reason I created an account was only to try to resolve the issue, again to no avail. I would of course like to resolve this and receive my order, and am happy to have this conversation via email, if I can get a response, and modify my review when appropriate. Please advise as to the best course of action.

Hello Debbie It was unfortunate that you ordered the Viancin lid on the Monday after a very popular weekend promotion, hence the lack of stock. I am a little confused by the "not fully refunded" comment. You paid £12.79 (£15.99 minus 20% = £12.79) and that is what we refunded on 6th August. Does your account not reflect this? Hi Tony Thanks for your feedback. The boxes we use can be configured to make 17 different sizes, unfortunately there is the odd item that we sell that none of these quite work for. The BBQ tongs being one of them. We do like your purchases to arrive in one piece, hence the chunky bubble wrap. Despite our precautions we have had cast iron cookware (very robust) broken in transit in the past! All our packing materials are recyclable. Kind regards Andi
