Hello Paul, we understand you have spoken with the manager of our IT contracts team and have confirmed you were happy with ARM as an agency. You have said your comments are a reflection of the fact that you hadn't agreed to take part in a survey, rather than your experience with ARM. To date all the agents at ARM have been very helpful and shown great efforts in supporting me find a new role.
