Thank you very much for your comments and your excellent feedback on the products. Regarding shipping, we are able to use courier as part of our express delivery service, please keep this in mind when you order again from us. I have also passed on your feedback about the packaging, normally we use thick sturdy boxes and tape securely around them to keep products safe, I do apologise if this did not happen in your case.
I have placed many orders with Anne Semonin. They are an efficient company. I love their Gentle Mistletoe Shampoo.
