Booking is easy as long as not using an ipad.
The online booking system did not work on safari browser on my iPad. When on a PC everything worked fine and was easy to use.

Excellent, easy to use
I booked a overnight stay through the alton towers website. It was very easy to use and the booking was complete within minutes. I received confirmation on my email straight away.
