Booked last minute by ringing. Used a discount code and got the nights accommodation at the Alton towers hotel for half price. Massive saving. Buffet breakfast was great and got free parking.

happy- no problems
Could only access some of the drop down menus on phone not tablet. It was used in a last minute booking so took a few more chances than of I was at home planning it- not enough photos of rooms on site

Site was really easy to use , information was easy to find and booking process was simple. Would like to be able to use app for tickets rather than needing to print off though .
