Unfortunately had to wait nearly 6 months for delivery of item ordered. Chased up in Jan 2021 and was told item had been sent , as I hadn't received it they said would be sent again.

Online experience not the best but in-store staff made it better
Positives: my flute was delivered fully serviced, and was exactly as described. Every time I called the store for an update on delivery, someone was able to quickly locate and update me on the status...

At Alan Gregory Music & Musical Instruments we have catered for the needs of the musical community of the North West and beyond for well over 40 years from our Retail Music Shop that was based in Fallowfield, Manchester. In December, 2013 we re-located to a larger showroom in the centre of Didsbury Village on School Lane right next to the Metrolink tram station, about five miles directly south of Manchester's City Centre. We only stock the best instruments from the most trustworthy suppliers. We have over ten years of experience trading over the internet and have supplied music and musical instruments all over the world. However, there is generally no substitute for calling in to meet one of our specialists to try before you buy.
