I am sorry to hear you were disappointed in our services.

Unfortunately when a property is listed on the major sites under a certain property type, a change of type means a completely new listing is required. We encourage sellers to be certain of their property ‘type’ before publishing to ensure accuracy for the sellers and buyers alike. On the very rare occasions sellers require a property type change, this has to be done manually and a small administrative charge applies.

I thought the Agent In A Box system worked very well for us and it was quite efficient. We would definitely use it again. I would have liked 2 x signs (or a double sided sign) to go on the footpath...
