I get emails from people from Countrywide Properties. Is this part of Accord or is Accord part of them? It would be useful to have a note of contacts for general enquiries, renewals etc or a contact that would redirect a query.

Friendly and knowledgeable
The staff we've had contact with have been very friendly, helpful and supportive. They are knowledgeable and filled up requests quickly.

Prompt and personal service
Prompt responses to requests, as a landlord currently working overseas knowing that I have a personal contact who will respond speedily to requests gives me confidence in their service.

Very fast finding a new tenant at changeover - great. Maintenance service also helpful. Insepction photos of flat are very useful, as we do neot get the chance to visit ourselve since abroad.
