Professional and friendly
Very hands on. Kept us in touch with feedback from potential buyers. Sold our house reasonably quickly. Although not the cheapest estate agents were very professional.

Poor communicators, not efficient, would not recommend.
Very slow to move things along. I suspect that if I hadn't kept pushing the sale would have been even longer going through. Didn't do the energy report till months AFTER they should have. I would NOT...

Expensive for what they did, poor value for money, limited communication, unimaginative sales photos.
Poor value for money, poor communication both internally within the branch and externally to us, the customer. I will be selling a property myself in the future or using one of the new startup sites....

Our local Abbotts Estate Agents provided a proactive sales service and responded promptly to our queries.
We used Abbotts to sell the family home only, we were not buying a new home. We chose Abbotts for their local knowledge and they arranged an impressive number of viewings in a short space of time,...
