Very average
Wasn't the best experience I've had. Started out efficient but then trailed off.
Probably would'nt use again.

Hi, Jill. Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm sorry that you are not happy with our service even when it started efficiently.
I've investigated into your case and found that you've been approved quickly but waited for settlement a bit too long. Unfortunately, we have to have the full set of documents from every party to settle the deal and in this particular case, there was a delay of the invoice from Supplier.
We've modified our internal procedures for all future transactions to make sure that:
1. We push any third party in the deal to submit necessary documents within two business days.
2. We update the customer on the current status of the process regularly.
I hope when you need finance again, and if you decide to use 1800Approved, you will see that process is more efficient now.

Misleading broker
I do not particularly like being sold gap insurance under the premise that it is a requirement to secure the finance to then cancel the insurance when I confirm this is false at a cost!

On behalf of Mark and 1800Approved I apologize for any misunderstanding there may have been. We are sharing the mandatory disclosure statement any time you step into the deal, but we definitely should explain it more clearly so that you have no questions left.
I've requested our brokers to take care that everything explained to the customers correctly.
