Hi there, I am very sorry to hear this, however we have double checked our emails and we have not received any emails from you. Had we heard from you we would have changed your order for you immediately. I am not sure where you send the email but there is nothing in infi@zippi.co..uk. We also have customer services team who answer phones straight away and live chat available on the site also had you not heard back from us. Despite us fulfilling your order exactly as requested, we never like to hear of an unhappy customer so if you would like to get in touch we will see what we can do to help you.
