Our Colorado garland is one of our most realistic looking artificial trees as it includes a mix of PE and PVC tips so we must admit your review has taken us surprise to hear you do not find this a realistic tree. I can see before you left this review you have since returned the garland to us and your order was refunded to you at the end of last week. Please open the box that I returned and check the tree. It is the cheap kind with the fake plasticky leaves/strands. Not realistic at all. Unless you had sent the wrong tree? In that case please ensure you check it before sending to another customer. As per my previous review, I was the at least the second person to return this specific order back to you. Regards, Chris.
