Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies over any inconvenience this may have caused you. Here at the Post Office Shop, we do take our Customer Experience very seriously.
I can see that you reported damages to your original order and provisions were made to replace these for you however they were not received by yourself, I agree that this is not acceptable.
In light of this, I will arrange for your replacement items to be re sent and for your delivery charges to be refunded.

I received a card to say someone had tried to deliver and to contact to re-arrange delivery which I did on-line and when the product still didn't arrive I rang the Post Office a few villages away...

I would like to take this opportunity to point out that The Post Office Shop and Royal Mail are separate entities however I do understand how frustrating this may have been for you. I'm afraid that once your item has been dispatched into the care of Royal Mail we no longer have control over the delivery of your item.
Under normal circumstances when a Royal Mail parcel is unable to be delivered, you should be able to rearrange a suitable time for your parcel to be redelivered; if this has not been the case I offer my sincere apologies regarding this matter.
In light of this, I was forward your comments to the relevant channel in order for them to be looked into in further detail.
