Could you please send me a personal email today detailing the results of the above feedback I have left. If you were unable to secure the flights why was I not advised immediately and where is the money, that you deducted for those flights?? I am not impressed!! Had I not received this feedback email, when would I have been made aware that there were no flights booked. I need clarification immediately and if you have not managed to secure the flights, return the money now. You should never deduct money from someone's account until you have secured their bookings. Please confirm by return email what the situation is. Unbelievable!!!

Good. A great improvement would be to pay for the room without having to make extra charges i.e extra adult and kid sharing.
In UK and America and most other countries I have stayed in the price shown is the price you pay. Sometimes I would avoid wotif for this reason.
