I am sorry that you were not pleased with the product overall.
With all real wood floors, natural variations in colour are not uncommon. This is something that is unavoidable when buying any type of natural flooring in stone or wood, especially in more rustic grades. We do explain this on our website and we also recommend buying a little extra for waste, so if you do receive some planks that you are not pleased with, there is enough product to complete your installation.
