I'm very sorry to find out that your samples did not arrive. We are aware of some disruptions to Royal Mail in the UK, due to Covid. We have posted an update about this on our website COVID information under "Samples", with a link to the Royal Mail updates. We dispatch hundreds of samples days and while 98% seem to be received without disruption we have noticed an increase lately, in severe delays to some areas.
Please contact us directly and let me know if you would like this refunded or a new one sent and we will action this right away for you.
