Good

There automated phone service when trying to contact some one reference progressing the claims. Could not get through three days in a row. ( because i work could only ring lunch times. Always busy).

Very professional and efficient the staff were well trained. One point I would like to make is that the fee is plus vat I cant remember being told that, which I was not happy about.
