Punctual and efficient

Always efficient, delivery when expected, although the neighbours complain about such early deliveries (6:40am this time). It doesn’t worry me as I sleep through it!

Not kept to contract

Bad communication, failed to deliver when stated. Then finally informed me that delivery would be late on due date and false promises.

Delivery efficient. It would have been helpful to know earlier that delivery wasn't going to be on the day agreed.
