Not acceptable to charge dinner in Schönbrunn Palace and then the dinner takes place at the lobby Restaurant at Courtyats Marriott Hotel Schoenbrunn.

Please feel free to place this review on our website using the “Manage My Booking” tab at the top of the website. We do see that the supplier sent you an email on Saturday September 08, 2018 stating the following, "Dear Mr. Snorrason, thank you very much for your reservation! Please note that the dinner will take place at Restaurant La Corte at Courtyats Marriott Hotel Schoenbrunn". Although we understand this was not your immediate expectation, we do want to ensure you received the supplier's message, as it was sent with ample time to cancel if needed. We do hope that the remainder of your trip was both a pleasant and memorable one, and we look forward to being of service to you in the future.

Hello Melissa, I apologize for the delay. However we had to wait for the supplier to respond to our inquiry. The supplier has now confirmed your tour for 2PM with a proximate pickup time of 1PM. Please contact the supplier with your room# upon arrival.They will provide further instructions at that point.
