Thank you for responding. I was no aware of the First Vet service, so my comment above is unfair. If you could improve your payment system e.g so we can pay annually online rathe than having to ring, that would be awesome. Otherwise, we’re super happy with our cover.

I am sorry to hear of your recent experience. I have contacted our Claims Team, they settled a Claim back in June 2020 for you and have not received any further requests. Our Claims Team will happily assist you further, please call them on 0330 134 8112 selecting option 2 and they will email you a Claim form and even though it is a few months ago they will still assess the Claim for you. kind regards VetsMediCover
