Good service and paid all claims
The service is good and they have paid up on all my claims, however they are very expensive

Dear Mr Lewis, We are sorry to receive your review regarding your recent Claim experience. Our Claims Team have been extremely busy within the last 6 months and the Team has been increased to accommodate the demands of our customers. We do now have the option of downloading a blank claim form from our website so customers can obtain a form without having to contact the Claims Team first. This can be found at ; www.vetsmedicover.co.uk/how-to-make-a-claim.
Your Claim Form was returned on November 22nd 2021. As Claim assessment is taking between 3-5 weeks you should receive a response from the Claims Team in the near future.
We apologise for the present delay in this process and would hope that should you need to make a further Claim the service will be much improved. in the meantime if we can be of any further assistance please contact the Customer Service Team on 0121 308 8685, kind regards VetsMediCover

Whilst we do not wish to receive such feedback, our Policy terms do clearly state what is covered or excluded within each type of cover level. My Vet has written to you to say that in his opinion the wording in your policy document did not accurately represent the situation. The tooth was removed as a curative process, vs a preventative measure.
We have yet to hear back from your claims team.
