No reply to my email reply, vape juice doesn't really taste like the flavour I've ordered (heisenburg) tastes very bland

I'm afraid I can't find any record of your email in any of our systems, and we have no record of you calling in either I'm afraid.
We understand not every flavour will be to everyone's taste though as this is a personal preference, however our Heizenberry E Liquid is one of our best sellers. If you find the flavour too bland, may I suggest our Heizenberry Blast instead which is a much more intense version of our Heizenberry.

Our Heizenberry is our own unique take on the original flavour. If you find there's not enough punch in this version for your taste, give our Heizenberry Blast a try for a more intense flavour profile.

I have been a customer for a long time now but I have noticed that the oil has got a lot thicker and I'm going through coils every other day. The flavour is great but it's costing me a lot of money...

If you find the 70/30 mix too thick for your choice of coils, you could give our Fantasi Grape ICE 50/50 a try. It's the same flavour you expect with an extra burst of cooling, but the 50/50 mix is much thinner than the 70/30 version.
