I'm afraid we're still experiencing delays with Royal Mail due to the pandemic and the backlog they had due to the holiday season. While we have no control over the deliveries once we hand them to the courier, we do guarantee to issue a replacement if your order does not arrive within 10 working days (as this is when we can declare the package as lost).
As the 10th working day for you is the 19th, please let us know if your package doesn't arrive by then and we'll issue a replacement via express delivery.
