I'm sorry about the confusion, our agent tried to explain to you how the mixing of nicotine shots works.
Bottles larger than 10ml are not allowed to contain nicotine due to TPD regulations. To combat this, we sell 50ml bottles with no nicotine and give an 18mg nicotine shot for you to mix with them.
All nicotine shots are 18mg (this is the same with every company). This is because when you mix the small 10ml bottle with the large 50ml bottle, the nicotine is diluted by the extra E Liquid making it weaker. So you end up with 60ml of E Liquid at 3mg nicotine strength.
I understand this can be confusing, which is why we made a comprehensive guide explaining everything (https://vapoholic.co.uk/vapoholic-vaping-guides/what-are-shortfill-e-liquids/). If you don't want to add your own nicotine, you'd need to purchase the pre-mixed 10ml bottles.

Hi Paul,
I can see on the system we sent the correct order, the confusion lies in mixing the nicotine shots.
To get the 3mg strength you want, you simply mix the 18mg nicotine shot into the 50ml Shrotfill bottle. This will dilute the nicotine strength down to 3mg.
