We were met by one of the team on arrival and given a tour of the accommodation, she was very helpful. Communication was great from start to finish with the Under the Doormat team.

Check-in was horrendous. There was no flexibility in timing even tho we followed the rules when asking for earlier check in time. Really left a bad taste right at from the beginning.

The process of getting and returning the key was difficult for international travellers arriving on the weekend. Luckily our daughter was in London, otherwise I am not sure how it could have worked....

It is one of our more traditional English vintage homes, and that is why the decorations and furniture were vintage to represent the traditional English feel. The apartment was excellently positioned and well appointed, a more efficient service on arrival (to grant us quicker access to the apartment) would have "upped" my rating to 5 Stars.
