Thank you for your feedback. It is always disappointing to hear when a customer has not been happy with the service they have received. SPL Villas have provided the Villa booked via the supplier, however as per the booking terms and conditions the supplier that is responsible for the accommodation. I understand from the conversations with the supplier due to the missing facilities, they have made an offer of compensation which has been accepted by your travelling party and this compensation payment has been processed to the account details provided. Once again, on behalf of SPL Villas I would like to thank you for allowing us the time to investigate the points you have raised. Kind regards, The SPL Villas team.
