Sometimes we are able to do this if the item you wish to swap it for is the same price and if the item hasn't been dispatched. If the item had already been dispatched then unfortunately we would have been unable to change the item in your order. If we are able to catch your order before it is shipped we can either change the item or cancel it completely so you can reorder. I'm sorry that this was not possible in your case. Good Afternoon, Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to hear that you did not have your parcel at the time you wrote your email to us. I can see that your parcel was dispatched on the 3rd and delivery was attempted on the 4th but the courier was unable to delivery to you. It looks as if your parcel was signed for at 9.00am this morning but please let me know if you have not received it. I sincerely apologize for any delay with your delivery, our standard delivery time is 3 working days but if delivery is not made on the first attempt then Yodel will normally make 2 more attempts to get it to you.
