Was all organised very quickly and the boxes seem to have been ticked.
I thought the service was excellent. The rep Paul was very quick at organising my trip and he is very good at his job. I could not recommend him enough.

Getting quotation was easy but not delivered on it.
Visited Orlando, 14 days.

Thank you for your valued feedback, I am sorry for any confusion, I have check the hotel descriptions for your room type and it does show 1 x queen, 2 x twins and queen sleeper sofa. Our car rental quotes included all of the necessary cover, we do advise customers that additional insurances may be offered at the depot, these are purchased at your discretion but are not mandatory.
