I was disappointed after that there wasn’t more discussion, there was no communication about upgrading flights, dining option, park tickets nothing and it’s left me very nervous about our first trip...

Brilliant service, nothing was too much trouble.
Very happy with the service I had from Paul, who worked hard to get me the holiday with the right accommodation we wanted.
The only downside has been the time it takes to receive writen confirmation...
