I am sorry to hear that you experienced issue with your car & hotel, if there are any issue we do ask customers to call our helpline which is free from a landline. When you called we were able to advise that your car details were as per your itinerary which was sent to you shortly before travel. Our records show that your original hotel in New York was not available and that you accepted the alternative hotel that we offered. Thank you for your comments, I am sorry that the hotel deposits came as a surprise. We do mention this in our Important Information and it is standard procedure with all hotels. These amounts are not normally debited but a hold amount is applied to cover any incidentals that you may use. The hold is released upon check out.
