I am so sorry to hear you have been disappointed overall and would therefore like to address all of your points.

I have looked at your account and can see there are some notes from customer care that say you did indeed contacted us regarding the voucher not working, they have noted that the voucher had expired which is why it would not apply and they issued you with a new voucher.

Charging upon receipt of order, we do state clearly in our terms and conditions that we take payment on receipt of order. Due to the nature of our products and the ability to order these at any time of year, even when out of season, it often means there may be some delay in between the time of placing an order and receiving the goods. However I apologise if you was not aware of this.

With regards to offers we regularly do some fantastic offers and discounts both in our catalogues and via our website and if you subscribe to our email newsletters you can get them sent to you directly on a daily basis.

Hi, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to learn that your 36 Perennials arrived whilst you were away. In the future if you are able to advise us when you are due to go away, we will be more than happy to add an alternative delivery address to your order or add delivery instructions such as "Please leave with neighbour if out". However, on this occasion I can confirm that I have replaced the Perennials for delivery when our next stock arrives which is due to be during September 2017. I hope this helps with your gardening plans.
