The chocolate was Spot on great off the wall fun things that both delighted and gave a fun time. Products delivered intact and on time. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL However the flying alarm clock did not work and was thrown in the bin, the flying chicken failed at the first use - cheap Chineese stuff

Thank you for your feedback. On reflection you are probably right! We debated long and hard about selling these - yes they are cheap and at first we decided not to sell them. We then had a lot of requests for them as our customers had seen other retailers selling them. They are a bit of "Christmas Day fun" and we have sold an enormous amount of them - but if they break that is no good at all and we are now going to stop selling them. Mark

To be honest this is quite a variable product - and it seems that the final outcome depends on the quality of the original photo taken by the company we get them from - most are crystal clear, but some, like yours unfortunately are less clear. I will now talk again to the supplier and see if they can improve the photos. If you would like a refund please let me know. Thanks Mark
