Hi Bill, sorry to hear you were not happy with the service. You must have missed the Christmas delivery information that was sent out via email to all of our customers. Also I’d like to take this opportunity to remind you that our standard delivery times are 7 days. This is from the order day. As your order was placed at 15.56 on the 19th, it was processed the following day which means we were able to deliver your order within 7 days which is pretty good going considering the Christmas period. Thank you for your feedback which has allowed me to demonstrate how truly amazing we are with our delivery service 😊
