I ordered 3 items on the 16th Dec. on checking by phone on the 20th Dec I was told 1 item was out of stock and they had held my order until the new stock arrived and I could have a cheaper...
Although I don't erect it myself, it all went together well, and looks fantastic! Customer service was brilliant. A pane of glass was missing but this was replaced without question and very quickly!

Order efficiently executed. They rang to arrange delivery date. Finished product lived up to expectation.
The greenhouse was as expected, but the instructions were not very clear. Quite bit was hit and miss. Also once complete the window now does not close as the glass does not fit correcly
Service was very good. Unfortunately some of the pieces were not numbered (and we checked very carefully) which made it difficult to find the correct ones.
