A confirmation email was sent to the email address you provided to us and phone conversation was had to determine which day would be suitable for you to receive the chair. Our customer service team do specify that the chair can be delivered between 9am - 6pm by TNT the courier service.
We made the tracking number and phone number for TNT available to you. On occasion it has been known that TNT drivers can run over time, this unfortunately is to a degree out of our hands and I do apologise on their behalf for that. I am also sorry you had issues with the phones we will certainly look into this.
