Really nice website, easy to use. Lots of different options. Was especially helpful as I live abroad in Dubai and I was buying a gift for someone in the uk

My niece was very happy with her hamper. Excellent choice for me as I live out of the country and they took care of everything for me. Thank you.

The shipping cost was outrageous. Don't you think the customer would prefer to pay less and have the item arrive in a smaller package.

Hi there, we are so sorry you are disappointed with our service.
Unfortunately, the shipping rates from the UK to overseas are set by our courier DHL, and we are aware they are high, but it was the only way we could ensure our gifts got to their recipient as a surprise and safely delivered. We thought long and hard about offering this service because of the delivery costs (which are displayed at checkout prior to order), but many of our customers were requesting the service.
The shipping costs are calculated based on weight rather than size, and we do try to send everything out in the smallest boxes that we have for the items that are ordered.
We really hope you enjoyed the gifts and sincere apologies for any miscommunication on our part.
