Some itinerary adjustments can occur during peak seasons, and we always work to communicate these in advance while ensuring that the core elements of each trip remain as booked. When a change did come up, our team acted quickly to assist. We covered the cost of a hotel night for your group, secured last-minute dinner reservations, reimbursed certain expenses, and worked with our supplier to ensure your refund in Inverness was fully processed.
