Venue was moved and then very hard to find. No signs up in main school to say camp was over the road.
My children reported that the staff said they didn’t enjoy doing the camp!

Thanks for your review. SuperCamps apologises for the miscommunication at our Brighton venue during half term. We realise the impact that this has on what is otherwise an easy, hassle-free drop off for both parents and children. Good info beforehand, good welcome only to find swimming was on the activity list which I did not know about( was there an e mail?) my son missed out & just sat around whilst others enjoulued...

Hi Robert. We are very sorry to hear you were not informed about swimming. Information about what to bring to camp and what activities to expect is sent out to parents in our pre-camp information email prior to attending and can also be found on our website. Where venues offer swimming, we ask parents to please send their child to camp with a swimming kit each day. SuperCamps appreciates you taking the time to leave us this feedback and your comments will be passed on to our operations team.

The holiday club that my son unsually goes too has a few more activities / toys and also takes them out for a planned activity. So he did say that he missed those things.

Staff were great which fostered a great environment and ensured children had a fun time. Good balance of activities although they would have liked to also have done swimming.
