I appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback, thank you. It is most unusual that your Pattern Labels are coming off. Some surfaces such as silicone or dimpled surfaces may have difficulty adhering. We all use the Labels too (Pattern Labels are my favourite) so feel free to contact us if you ever have difficulties.

As for your Name Labels, I will contact you directly. They are designed to stick to most surfaces but can absolutely be removed if people peel them off.
