Sorry your order did not go as planned. We tried calling earlier but could not get hold of you. We tried to offer a larger size sheet we had in stock but this was not appropriate. The other products were in stock and available.

We tried our best to get the goods delivered and offloaded and offered a redelivery on another date or a refund. The driver could not offload by himself. We were told 'give me the refund and I will give you a bad review' and here it is! We try our best to inform our customer about their deliveries and expect them to have some awareness about the type of materials they are receiving. We always try our best to meet our customers needs.
