Hello.  Thanks for your feedback.  We're very sorry that you did not receive the same great service on your return journey that you did on your inbound transfer.  Unfortunately there can be hold-ups when multiple buses are meeting in the valley.  However, it seems we have been let down by an individual driver on this occasion, as this is definitely not the service that they are trained to deliver.  I can only apologise - we will investigate and make appropriate changes as required.  We're glad you got to see the normally excellent service as delivered by the other drivers though...  All the best
