We were told we would have access to an airport lounge, when in fact it has been closed since before the original lockdown ( 18months plus).

I am sorry you were disappointed with the welcome chat carried out by the Barracuda Tours representative at the start of your holiday. Our usual representative was on leave but her replacement should have been able to speak good English but I apologise you felt he did not provide enough information. The manager of Barracuda Tours has been made aware of your comments.
