These guys CARE! They care about their products and they care about their customers. i have never experienced support that is as good as the service See Sense has provided me.
have upgraded from the Icon 1 to Icon 3.
And I would not recommend these lights compared to the first set.
I use my lights everyday and awaited several key improvements

Hi.
Thanks for the feedback. We designed the mounts to stay on the bike this time, so that mounting is just a simple twist of the light to lock in place. If you have multiple bikes we suggest leaving a mount on each.

Overseas shipping can sometimes be sketchy. Ordered several times and never a problem from UK to USA. Fast processing and shipping. Generally a week to US west coast.
Product arrived promptly but I was promised bar caps as a free gift for Black Friday but these didn't arrive
