Wer kann eine Feefo-Bewertung abgeben?

Nur Kunden mit Kaufnachweis können eine Feefo-Bewertung abgeben. Dies stellen wir sicher, indem wir uns direkt nach der Transaktion mit den Käufern in Verbindung setzen.

Wie überprüfen wir Bewertungen?

Wir überprüfen, ob die Bewertungen von echten Kunden stammen, indem wir sie mit einem Verkauf oder einer Transaktion abgleichen. Kunden werden erst dann aufgefordert, eine Bewertung abzugeben, wenn sie bei dem Unternehmen gekauft haben.
