told to phone the B&M stores... then told we can't get through to individual stores. Arrive at stores to do the job, no stands have been delivered. Told stands are there but don't go at weekend....

Hiya, we're really sorry about your experience, the job was ever changing and we did our best to update you in as timely fashion as possible. We can only work to the information we are given by a third party and in this situation there was a delay in stands being delivered which caused some back and forth. We didn't want to send you or anyone else in on weekends to be sure you wouldn't be turned away in store due to them being busy. As for the allen keys, we did as more pre warning as was possible after learning of the poor quality. Overall I can completely appreciate why your experience wasn't the best but as I'm sure you understand we did the best we could in order to keep you as up to date on proceedings as possible. I hope this doesn't stop you taking work with us in the future. Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback!

It was an interesting one but there was poor communication from the client as one shops had the stands delivered months ago, one had put them out with the rubbish as they thought they were unneeded parts for their aircon and the 3rd was just late. all b&m stores have electric screwdrivers with Allen key attachments so we could have been directed to ask. If you have merchandised the store before you will know if not it was a tough and time-consuming job which required knowledge and experience above a minimum wage paygrade. I will not judge RWW on this experience but simply feedback to inform.

I would recommend them to shoppers as being a really nice friendly company to work with who pay promtly what more could you ask?! Obviously I cannot comment from a customer's perspective.
