Hiya, thanks for your feedback - sometimes the Right to Work process can be a bit fiddly - the good news is once it's done, it's done! And you can book onto any of the roles on your dashboard. We're working on some app improvements at the mo, so hopefully we'll be rolling those out to you. Our Community Managers are currently working from home due to the pandemic so Live Chat or email is the best way to contact us at the mo - hopefully we'll be in the office again soon.
