We are disappointed that you feel the compensation offered is not sufficient in this particular circumstance in additional to the reassurance provided by the Hirer to ensure future learnings from this assignment.
We have worked closely with the Hirer to ensure that steps and actions have been put in place to avoid this happening again in the future and consulted with our advisers in relation to our legal and H&S responsibilities.
Clearly security of personal possessions was a priority for the Hirer and unfortunately that this led to a delay in the return of your possession's for which RedWigWam have no control over.
We have been assured that adequate refreshments were provided and breaks are in line with legislative entitlements.
We sincerely apologise for the upset this assignment may have caused you, but also rest assured that we have taken all the corrective actions in this instance.
The compensation of an additional half hour payment for non work is considered to be fair in this instance as all elements were out of our control.
