Hello, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I am very sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience ordering your gift card. I have checked your order details and can see the brand requested were out of stock for a short period so the order remained stuck in our system. As soon as we were notified, I can see the ordered was processed.
